Gender dysphoria and transition support

Exploring your gender identity can be deeply personal and complex. I work with people experiencing gender dysphoria or navigating transition.

Together we can explore questions around identity, self-understanding, and the practical and emotional aspects of transition.

You might want support while deciding what feels right for you, or need help managing dysphoria, relationships, family conversations, or the challenges that can arise during social or medical transition.

My approach is collaborative and affirming. Rather than pushing toward any particular outcome, we work at your pace to clarify what matters most to you and how you want to move forward.

You may find therapy helps with:

  • Understanding and making sense of gender dysphoria

  • Building confidence in your identity and decisions

  • Dealing with the impacts of social, medical, or legal aspects of transition

  • Handling relationships, family dynamics, and workplace issues

  • Developing coping strategies for dealing with prejudice

The goal is to help you feel more grounded, understood and supported as you move toward a life that feels more authentic and sustainable.
