Clinical psychology services

I primarily work within a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) framework, and incorporate aspects of other therapy modalities, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy and schema therapy to tailor your treatment to your specific needs.

Individual psychology

I work in one-on-one sessions with individuals looking to address a range of presentations including anxiety, phobias, depression, stress, sleep problems, grief, anger issues, ADHD, oppositional behaviour, interpersonal difficulties, low self-esteem and obsessive compulsive disorder.

Child + teen psychology

I work with children and young people to help them navigate school, friendships, family situations and mental health. Their wellbeing is my priority and I coordinate with teachers, doctors and other family members to create a holistic support team.

Unless your child or teen is proactively seeking therapy themselves, the initial appointment will be just you and me, so I can get your perspective on their needs.

Assessments, diagnoses and support letters

I can provide comprehensive formal assessments for neurodiversity (including ADHD and autism), which can assist to get access to medications and/or additional supports via the NDIS or the Centrelink Disability Support Pension.

I can also do assessments to aid in educational planning, including diagnosing learning disorders/intellectual disability.

I am available to provide support letters to assist with accessing gender-affirming medical care, such as hormone therapy and surgeries.
