Cost of therapy

Your online psychologist appointment is charged as a simple flat fee of $240 for a 50-minute session.

You may be eligible for the Australian Government’s mental health care plan, which will reduce the cost of up to ten sessions per year.

The current Medicare rebate is $137.05, and requires a referral from your GP.

    First 10 sessions rebated

If you’re eligible for Medicare’s Mental Health Care Plan, you can get a rebate of $137.05 to reduce the cost of therapy for your first 10 sessions per calendar year.

See your GP to enquire about mental health care plans.

  • Cancellation policy

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you’ll be charged 50% of the fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or don’t show up, you’ll be charged 100% of the fee. This helps to ensure that people who need appointments can get them.

  • Financial hardship

I offer a limited number of bulk billed psychology sessions for those experiencing severe financial hardship (e.g. asylum seekers and individuals with no income or social security payments). Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
